Once we arrive at your desired location. We then take a walk around the car and do a quick appraisal of the current damage and also identify the issues that we discussed in the consultation part. We then can provide further information as to if we can achieve the outcome you want.
We discuss with you exactly what is you would like Formula XL to do with your new valet. We find out if there are any pre-existing issues like discolouration or laquer peeling. We then schedule a time and location that best suits you for the valet to take place.
Once we are satisfied with the valet that we have carried out we will do a full inspection with our customer to make sure they are happy with the final result. If there are any parts which you feel we have missed me are happy to do the corrections until you are 100% satisfied.
Only after we have completed the first two stages are we ready to valet your car. We use all the latest and top quality products to get your car to an immaculate condition. We would also complete any extra requirements you highlighted in the consultation and preparation phase.
